Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your fragrance. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Due to the nature of fragrances and hygiene standards, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged

You may request a return or exchange only if:

• Item received is damaged or defective
• Product is unused and in original packaging
• You received the wrong or incorrect product

Return Window

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

Please contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item (if applicable). Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

Returns and exchanges are processed within 3–5 working days after we receive your item.

Note

We highly recommend recording an unboxing video in case of any return or exchange.
